Committee Strategies
- Act on behalf of the WDB on matters needing action during the time between WDB meetings
- Designate a member of the Executive Committee to preside over the WDB and Executive Committee meetings in the absence of the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
- Assist the Chairperson in setting agendas for regularly scheduled WDB meetings
- Oversee the participation of WDB members and recommend to the WDB those who should be removed for cause as outlined herein
- Perform other responsibilities as may be designated by the WDB
